New Airpacks courtesy of our FEMA Grant
Airpacks provide our firefighters with respiratory protection
while in hazardous conditions. The cylinders that you see contain compressed air that will usually last 20-30 minutes
depending upon how much air the firefighter uses.
These are our new airpacks that were delivered on July 21st, 2003:

Below is the regulator with the gauge that shows how much air
you have left:

Below is the P.A.S.S (Personal Alert Safety System) alarm, which provides safety protection to our firefighters
by emitting a loud shriek if the firefighter collapses or remains motionless for 30 seconds.
Also the round gauge indicates how much air remains in the cylinder.
